I like to think of it less as "demanding utter worship and absolute devotion," and more as "expecting reasonable appreciation for my complete and undeniable fabulosity."

It shall be assumed that I am wearing this crown. Even when my head appears nude to the discerning eye.
Yesterday, I met with a local artist, Judy Mace in Tyndall and she asked me to have an open house at her art/antique shop. My artwork will be on display and for sale from Sept. 1st through the 29th, 2007 downtown Tyndall, SD.
My reception will be Saturday, Sept. 29, 2007.
Starting next weekend, April 7th, she will start selling my greeting cards and original watercolor paintings.
I will also be selling my greeting cards and prints this year at Riverboat Days August 17-19th in Yankton with the Connecting Artists booth down at Riverside Park.
My artwork can be seen at: http://wetinkwisdom.blogspot.com/
I will send out more details closer to the reception, but wanted to give you all a heads up on it ~ yes I realize it's five months away! Have a good weekend, Amy
I'm awake. I believe in the "WOW Factor" of every day. Remember in the book The Color Purple when Shug says, "I think it pisses God off when you walk by the color purple in a field and don't notice it"? That's the bus I'm on. Join me, won't you?
Also, I'm a woman whose mind moves not unlike a Wham-O SuperBall thrown into a small room by an extremely hyperactive 7-year-old boy named Darren who is all hopped up on Mountain Dew and Smarties. Srsly.
